Briana Lamphier, Chief Mineral Appraiser

Ms. Lamphier has worked with Gustavson Associates since 2008 where she specializes in mineral valuation services. She is a Geologist as well as a Certified Mineral Appraiser and a Certified General Appraiser. Her experience includes conducting mineral appraisals, detailed market studies, reserve and resource estimations, due diligence audits, database management, geologic mapping, log interpretation, core analysis, economic analyses, and project management. She has completed numerous mineral appraisals, mainly focused on the valuation of industrial minerals, precious and base metals, and oil and gas assets. Ms. Lamphier specializes in valuation services including, but not limited to: detailed market studies; analysis of supply and demand; highest and best use analysis; analysis of future market trends, analysis of production and subsurface data from the property and from the market area; analysis of comparable properties and royalty rates; and forecasting future production and income from future production; preparation of discounted cash flow models; and developing USPAP compliant appraisal reports.
