ROBERT PRENTICE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Mr. Prentice has over eight years experience in international environmental consulting for oil and gas, and infrastructure development projects; and program management. He has three years of continuous project experience in the Middle East and has managed several desk-top international oil and gas projects. Mr. Prentice has proven expertise developing and managing business strategies and implementation plans. He has also developed and integrated highly sophisticated mobile mapping technology using Global Positioning System technology and satellite imagery into his studies. In Saudi Arabia, he was responsible for the survey data collection and analysis for the coastal, terrestrial, and oceanographic impacts from the 1991 Gulf War oil spills and fires. He has also created sensitivity analysis maps for seismic exploration activities and pipeline routing in Peru and Ecuador. In Afghanistan, he provided cartographic support for consolidation and analysis of existing Russian well field and gas reservoir data for the northern gas fields near Sheberghan. He has conducted numerous other projects as well.
His many experiences with long-term international business placements in remote locations, collaborating with multiple cultures and teams across many time zones make him a strong asset to the Gustavson business development team. He will have a presence in our Boulder, Denver, and Houston offices; as well as consulting from Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Mr. Prentice is fluent in Swedish and has basic Arabic language skills.
